Stormhiss padded through the borders. So far, they seemed clear, but he had picked up on a few stale scents of foxes and badgers. Ambereye drank in the air. There seemed to be more signs of prey around, but as well as enemies.

Blackbird sat up and walked out of her den, sitting in the shade.

Nighttail felt alone. All of her family was gone except Skyfall, but he was her littermate's kit. That made her feel even more alone.

Ripplecloud slowly padded out of the Medicine Cat's den. I'm in desperate need of some fresh air. She thought. She padded out slowly. She saw Blackbird and Skyfall from a distance. Whatever. She felt her kits move and she realized that she was kitting early. Shoot...not here...not now... A fox was nearby. Oh no... (Btw, can you guys go check out my new rp thread? It's called Pokeheroes Online.)

Blackbird looked up. "Hi, Skyfall." She mewed. She had felt a little depressed since the battle, yet talking to him made her feel a little better. Then the fox scent hit her. "Do you smell that?"

The fox got even closer. Ripplecloud tried climbing a tree but it was no use. She couldn't climb because her kits were moving so much. Please! Somebody! Save my kits!
