When a group of boarding school students discover a supercomputer housed inside an abandoned factory, they find a virtual world called Lyoko and awaken a sentient multi-agent system virus that tries to take over the real world.

In that world the students find themselves as pokemon and need to fight the dangerous vírus. Will they manage to destroy it and continue with their life with school, friends, dates...?
