First, this was slightly hard to understand. You want users to be able to get vouchers for missing a day on PokeHeroes that may of been a x2 day?

No support. It seems like nonsense. We get x2 days quite frequently so there is no real point to add this. And if a user missed just a minute of that day, why do they deserve to get a full voucher, if it were to be added?

No support. Either way, you generally have a week (or so) notice before a x3 day, except on the occasions Riako is testing something and it is a treat.

But, it is like school in a way. If you miss a class party or potluck, no, they aren't gonna save you food. You knew it was coming and you missed it, guess you can wait for the next one.
