Starters - 2000 - 3200
[FEMALE] Starters - 3500 - 4000

This ranges from their first stage form to their third stage.

Please note that the prices shown above vary for each rarity. What I've stated are the average prices. It really depends how common or un-common the Pokemon is.
For example, Eevee has the highest frequency on site and is a rare type. Eevee will be worth around 700-1000 PD (Not the price stated above).
