References: Ages are the same for both - Victoria - howeveeeer I'd like another new outfit for her. I can either describe you a basic idea or show you clothing styles that would fit her, so you make up your own from a few tips, or I can sketch you an idea so you just have to draw it and not think about designing :3 btw she's a cheerful, cutie, innocent and curious girl. And, she's the shortest of that OCs group (she's 16 by the first time she appears, ~24 year-old later)
Aaaand her bro, Tom - no need to draw the animal legs if you don't feel comfy. Best ref of them (and all my other OCs from the story) by Risa1, dA
Another drawing of them together (Vickie is slightly shorter though) - By the way, TOm is rather protective with Vickie and would do anything to make her happy.
Any add-ons?: I would like if you could have her somehow doing flower crowns or giving one to Tom (she'd have one herself on her head), or something with flowers - colorful flowers.
