"Lava! I can go play in it!" "Karrablast, we gotta snatch him now." Pansear said. "Pansear I'm a bug type. You can. I got the fireproof net so here." "I got the unbreakable nets." *POOF* Charmander got trapped in a net and it was sinking in lava! "Help!"

Arceus saw the Pansear and the Karrablast. No biggie, they're just two Pokémon doing nothing, right? Wrong. Arceus then noticed Char, struggling in the net. "CHAR!" Arceus skidded down to where Char was, er, drowning. "CHAR!" Arceus lifted the net from the lava with its mouth and set him down on the rock. "WHO ARE YOU TWO INTRUDERS?!" the Arceus roared at the Pansear and Karrablast, its eyes blazing in fury.

"See you imbusile! NOW WE HAVE GOD ANGRY AT YOU!" Karrablast shouted. "I'm sorry Arceus....He just forced me to do this...I did-" "BALOGNA!" Karrablast screamed and beat up Pansear, looking as beat up as ever.

Following Char,the trio saw Arceus and a couple of other small Pokemon.
"Uh,I,I don't think I can go this far..."Silva muttered,backing away from the heat.
Aria and Mare just stood on the volcano,paying no attention to Silva but the other Pokemon.
"Aria,my feet are burning and steam is coming out of my body...It's too hot in here! I wanna go back too the ocean!"Mare wailed.
"Hush,Mare.Don't you want to help out a friend?"Aria scolded him gently and turned into her Pirouette form.

Arceus pushed the Karrablast a foot away. Its eyes were now calm, but Arceus was still a little angry, and there was a forced strain in its voice. "Stop it, this instant. Pansear, you may leave. I can sense that you have a good heart. And you..." Arceus glanced back at Char, who was still in the net. He snipped the top of the net open with its jaws, and it turned back to the Karrablast. "Char, what do you think we should do with him?"

"Hmmm....Well I think we should give him another chance." "Thanks, losers!" Karrablast said and jumped into Baddies Corp. where his real best friend, Shelmet was hanging with Giratina and Darkrai and Spiritomb. "Good job Karrablast." "Thanks. I knew that worthless Pansear was good."

Arceus sighed. Sometimes, there were bad Pokémon in the Land of the Legends. Arceus watched them go, shaking its head. Then Arceus saw Mare, Aria, and Silva. "Oh... Mare, you ought to step away from the volcano. You look dreadfully hot."

Char was noticing his tail flame. He was sweating so it was almost put out. "I...want...you to know...It was...a life....worth living..." It starting pouring. Char's tail flame was shining very dim and near put out. Char was near dead. He was dreaming. "Might you be....my friend? If so...Karrablast has done it. Char, it's us. Turtwig and Tailow. You are almost gone. Hang on with all your strength. Your tail flame is nearly gone. Char, please live..." "I'll...try..."

(Would a fire type sweat in fire environments? That's like saying an Ice type would freeze in a snowy environment.)

"C-Char!" Arceus placed Char on his back and bounded off of the volcano in two steps. Arceus landed softly on the rocky ground below and set Char down. "Char!"

Tina came running to the area where Arceus and Char were lying.
"Arceus, what happened?! Was it the Baddies Corp. again?" she asked with a worried expression.

(Char is only 5. And he's not much good for handling heat)\r\nChar hung on because he needed to be a Charizard. He knew he wouldn't die. Pokemon only faint....or atleast he hopes. "I....need..." "Char! You can do it!" Char heard voices saying encouraging stuff. His flame was almost gone. Pansear couldn't do anything.

"Yes, it was Baddies Corp. But I have a feeling, that he might make it.." Arceus blew a little flame onto Char's tail flame, helping him out just a little bit.

Char opened his eyes. He was infront of the base. "Don't...save...me..." He crawled and crawled *drip* The drop made the flame go back to how it was. If Arceus hadn't helped, Char wouldn't be alive. He collapsed and was 100% in. Pansear made a fire and dropped Char's tail in, thus making him awake again. "Arceus... Pansear...everyone..." Char cried. A lot. All of them in joy. "I have wonderful friends..." Char noticed the bed that Pansear made for him. A Seismitoad came. "HYDROO PUMP!" He aimed for Char's tail but missed. This indicated he was Lietunant Seis of Baddies Corp. A Torterra and Swellow attacked the Seismitoad. Char recognized them. "Torterra! Swellow!" They were his old friends. He was so happy. He cried and cried and cried. Later he went to bed.

Arceus smiled. Pokémon like Char are the stronghold for the future. But now... It was time to do what Arceus was going to do. Arceus hooked its hooves into the nicks in the volcano's rocky side. Then the Arceus climbed up, up, and up, until he reached the top.

Char had a smile on his face while sleeping. Tomorrow was the Wish Festival. Ho-Oh would stop by and play with all the pokemon. But even better, It was Char's 6th birthday! If he evolved that day he'd be so happy! As he slept an Arbok and Weezing went by, but they were spies for Baddies Corp. Not even Arceus or the trio or Char knew. Pansear did, but they were the meanest there. Pansear would be tied up forever if he told them, he decided not to.

Char too walked in his sleep. "To...the...festival..." This time Char had an umbrella. "Oh...look...some thugs...here is my money...go buy me some candy...Char walked to the Festival. A Fearow grabbed his umbrella but Char held on tight, flying over the volcano Arceus was on.

Arceus reached the top of the volcano and looked across. A pair of eyes stared back. "Heatran." "Arceus." The Heatran dipped his head, and Arceus spoke. "Heatran, I have to ask you something."

The Weezing levitated into Arceus, then went up to Char and used poison gas. Char let go of the umbrella! Weezing made a poison one for Char so he was safe. "Ah yes, this Charmander put him in a cage. He knows where Arceus is." Giratina said in a somewhat happy voice. Char woke up "What are you ugly things?" "Tell us where Arceus is. Or you'll go swimming" Giratina said. Char thought "Can Arceus beat him? Yes." "He's on that volcano. "Ok, now make him go swimming." Giratina said. "WHAT?!" Char screamed. "I told you where he is though! Not fair! Char said. "Life isn't fair." Arbok hissed.
