It was a pain transferring to the academy but only the best would do. The other school was too restricting. At least this place provided variety.
He would be majoring in natural sciences. He'd like to travel the world studying the various beings that inhabited it. He did not wish to alter the world in anyway but preserve it as is.
The little three headed dog at his heels was the exception. A shrinking potion was used on it so he could keep his faithful Cerberus beside him. It was well trained and well mannered but did like to chew. The school size limit for pets was his only issue and one had to thank witches for their brews.
Looking both ways as he entered the school he looked at a sign pointing to the main office. Following the sign entered the main office and signed in. Taking his key from the receptionist he went to find his dorm.

A little diminutive he thought. Calling them boys dorms when they were fully grown human males. Men's dorms would be better...though it didn't have the same ring.
Opening the door to his room he noticed a second bed. He wasn't sure if he was sharing or not but the place looked clean and simple. A plus in his book whither he had to share it or not.
Duke came in and laid under the bed. He came up to Leon's knee but but didn't want to take the chance of being tripped over.
After setting his bag on the bed he started to settle in placing things in the dresser provided. Afterwards he looked to Duke who was sniffing the floor to get use to his new home.
"Come Duke, I will get to know this place before sundown," Leon said opening the door and letting his Cerberus out before him.
