I love the idea of dying the clothes and maybe there could even be a special berry that will sometimes appear in boxes/missions that can raise the stats very high and a rare chance to level up? Maybe.

Full support! What about using it to make some simple clothing for beauty contests? But It would cost a lot of wool and mabye some pd?

How about a Tailor! If you don't want to make it yourself, you can send it to a tailor and it will cost more but it will take less work and time from you.
