(I'm not sure if anyone has done this..)
Blocking users would be a way of pretty much getting rid of people who were annoying you or bothering you. Like begged by some one or they won't stop talking about one little thing. Pretty much like Facebook or other things.
Not saying this would be a good idea but it could be good
