Lugia grinned and got up before crushing Maver under his feet, "My
pupil help a fraction of my power. Somebody has to cover for his
mistakes. I shall drain every ounce of energy from you."
Just before Maver was about to get crushed, a fire blast hit the
side of his face, "That's no way to face an opponent you coward!"
the creature who used the attack used power-up punch and sent Lugia
back a little. He landed besides Maver and chuckled, "You know
brother, you're starting to act like a coward. Get up!"
Blaziken shook his head and said, "No brother, you run away and
heal. Live to fight another day. I shall take care of Lugia. Me and
you have the same father, I just happen to be better at controlling
my power. See you, at another place."
Shadow Lugia and Blaziken looked at each other in disgust.
Just as Maver entered the village, a little Axew came out and fell
infront of his feet. He got up and pointed to a path that led to
the underground caves.
Axew got worried as a few of the female dragons recognized Maver
and took him to the medical section of the caves. They fed him
berries and nursed him back to health.
Haxorus just remained silent as Maver told them the details of the
battle. After the legend has finished takling she got up and faced
the females, "Ladies. Let's go free our husbands, our brothers, our
cousins, uncles and our sons. Who better to lead us then the mighty
Maver?" she looked at Maver in hopes of him agreeing with her.
Haxorus smiled and took his hand, "Me and all the others couldn't
ask for a better leader Maver. Now lead us to our enemy!" the other
dragons roared while the kids laughed at their enthusiasm.
