No Mitia. You can't. It's a CLOSED SPECIES which means no other person than the owner can make one of those species.

Actually, this is not true. A closed species has specific rules and guidelines, but is not necessarily only created and handled by one person.

Closed species can not be created freely by other people. However, other people can make their own at specific times under the guidelines of the species.

Examples are:
Make your own contests
Trading for/Buying Make your own Spots
The owner of the species giving you the opportunity to color your own on a base they let you use
The owner opening customs of the species (different from make your own, as now the owner has to make the designs with what you specify)

The owner deciding to break the species up among a few users (Let it be co-owned)



There are many exceptions to the "Only I can make them" little fit that you seem to have in your head for the species. But the thing about closed species is this: They are only allowed to be made with explicit permission from the original owner/creator, unless otherwise given written consent.
