Prologue:

As a retired Unova trainer, I look at what are the opportunities that I may be able to look for. And so far, after reading a couple newspapers in Unova, I read about this mysterious Emera town where pokemon battles are less of a necessity. Rather, breeding and species repopulation had been highly valued in that place.

Hence, keeping my promise to Jirachi years ago, perhaps going in here may help on a new goal with learning more about social factors between humans and pokemon. He may be helping the planet now, but I might have had Jirachi as a mate if its female. Who knows? Maybe I can find my potential female Jirachi there and perhaps build a relationship above ... friendship.

Thus, perhaps now, Operation Repopulate begins

Title: Day 1: Minccino Absence

Just tonight, I only have little money in my current account due to berry resupplying. Now I kinda regret buying the VS Seeker back then. I really should have had an Egg Radar by now. But I'll manage and get my 10K.

Speaking of money, ever since I let my male cinccino go with its chosen mate within the wilderness of Kalos, I honestly miss having one. With any minccino on my side, house cleaning becomes a breeze. But alone, I can manage, but not feels the same way with that cute pokemon. Hence, I check at the auctions for now, there is none that are female. Just males. Hence, I hope I could get my own female minccino one day. Or if someone is willing to give me an excess female minccino due to males being harder to find than females.

But as I end this writing, looks like I gave a Gothita to raise along with my female gardevoir.

Title: Day 2: Nursing a long Forgotten Mate

It has been a few weeks since I last posted here. The moment I began working at this town in Emera, I acted as an interviewer for applicants looking for residence or work in this town along with my fellow pokemon like Venusaur, Gastrodon, and Gardevoir.

But what sets one particular day different from the other days was the day I finally received my own Celebi from a FTS trade. This trader told me as to how it's currently lacking time to take care of her due to the massive populace of pokemon he had to manage. With a bit of convincing and giving him one of my hard earned keys, I finally felt like meeting with a long forgotten mate.

Yes I had 6 legendary pokemon acting both as my mates and children. Though Jirachi is my special one, Celebi is one of my closest mates too. Though it may take time for me to bond with her, I'll get it done eventually. Perhaps she could have fun with my floette and the newly hatched Flabebe I'm raising soon.

Title: Day 3: Add and Subtract

Whew, been a while since I last typed in this diary. About a week or two ago, I got really lucky with my GTS search of being able to get a Plusle and Minun. Oh boy what a joy do I have of having these two again. You see, while I know that I like Pikachu amine-wise back then, these two rodents took over me when I played my very first pokemon video game due to their simplicity and introduction to double battles. Thus, if I get one, I also need the other. But honestly, I can only see these two being similar to have a volbeat and an illumise: one has to be male, and the other, female.

But I have two boys so far. Perhaps I could trade one of the for a female and start my own little breeding study if Plusles could get more dominant on sexual mating compared to Minuns. For the miltaks or combees though, I want of my own one day. But they can wait.

Title: Day 4: Fried Phione?

After grabbing myself a Wii U for my fellow pokemon to play with (with the occasional customer or worker that wants a break after work time), we played the messy inkling game called Splatoon. And ohhh boy did it have a reaction to all of us during our dinner time.

You see, I remember having an order of frozen sliced tentacool for me to cook into fried octopus. And you know, just after playing that colorful game with my minccino, she began questioning me if I really want to eat one. What sucks is that the boys Plusle and Minun join along to stop me from cooking it.

With no other seafood left to cook, I quickly checked online for meals while I'm studying as to how these squiddy things grow by this source. Finally, I get to find one order from an exquisite restaurant. I ask the owner as to what their special seafood for the night may be. They told me, "We have fried Phione as our exquisite meal." The moment I looked at it on my PC, I couldn't help but just feel bad for the poor little thing ending up as food for us to eat. It's too late to save it. Thus, I ordered it for about 2500 Pokedollars. Just as I wait for the deliveryman to come, I saw this joke poster.

I feel such a horrible person for eating a Phione that I couldn't save.

Title: Day 5: Filipino Vivillon?

Now that I look back withing the past few days, I had success on the auction by getting my female Vivillon. Also, its a Polar one too. That gave me an opportunity to guess as to what wing pattern I would get if a Scatterbug would be a local Philippine Forest Resident? Hence, I let my long companion butterfree (a nice male bug) to bond with the new girl ad breed me a nice Scatterbug. Interestingly, the results rather shock me. I had just a regular meadow patterned Vivillon, which happens to be one of my favorites. But I really question as to why it was a meadow pattern that I got. I mean, Philippines is not like the Netherlands filled with mass plains of flowers. It's an archipelago country surrounded by water in the first. So my early assumption is that if I ever get another original Pokémon game this 6th generation with Philippines as my registered country, my Vivillon's winged pattern could either be one of the water patterned ones or the Archipelago one. But of course, the Flower festivals in Baguio City, a popular tourist spot in the country, could result a few scatterbugs to maybe get the meadow form

Title: Day 6: Excessive Shinxes

It's midnight in my place typing this quick diary. As I'm about to sleep, I had a neighbor who had issues with shinx overcrowding. He just had 3 new shinx eggs to raise as much as he does not want to do so. I asked him as to why not raise hem? He told me about the origin of his maid's female Luxio pet that came from the city dumps. Since the maid loved that pokemon, she raised it herself. When she brought it to his house however, he didn't like it at first. It took a while to warm up and respect it. Then the problem comes in. That maid's Luxio is too sex eager that it gets itself pregnant. Hence, pregnancy train comes in. Even though my neighbor is no breeder like me, he is looking for a way to give away the excess babies without being a horrible person. I refused the offer however due to the amount of pokemon I'm dealing with already. But right now, I may consider taking one of his Shinx Eggs just to ease the burned. Since then, he ordered his maid to help him restrain their recently evolved pokemon to have sexual restraint through whatever means necessary.

Title: Day 7: Salac Obssessive

A few days ago, just after finishing my semestral study in pokemon breeding and population management, I got a chest containing Salac Berries. It happens to be one of the rarest of all berries. Being a rare one means a great obsession to many pokemon.

But just about everyone, my pokemon, wants a bite out of this. But I just want these for my Berry Garden just to hopefully lure out Timid Victini the harvest sprite from hiding. If you ask all of my pokemon, my Celebi is the most obsessed for my Salacs. Oh how many more levels in my garden should I get? I'm glad I got the Garden 2 Expansion when I was a lvl. 11-12 gardener.

Now it makes me think about my obsession with the Darkrtober fest after I unintentionally deciphered mystery # 2. Umbreon was the easy one. The rest are very elusive.

Title: Day 8: Close Encounters

During the last few hours of the Darktober Fest, I participated in my first SCE event. Throughout my ten minute play interacting with as many pokemon as possible, one drifloon ponders around my presence. Besides finding that as very creepy, I still struggled to absorb the oddness as to why it wants to join me. It made me wary if it has intentions of bringing me to another place that I may regret. Luckily for me, I'm still alive to write this experience. So no worries at all.

Title: Day 9: Remmie the Moderator

Starting last month, I joined a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Roleplay playing as the little Minccino of the group. I started on the second day when the earlier casts were just getting out of the cave where they spawned. However, I ended up the one being the one to get the survivors out of harms way. Some of them split up, the others are gone.

Even more interesting for me is how I somehow up as secondary moderator for the RP. Man oh man is it tough.
