I'm not sure if it was suggested before but I'm sure many users think this might and should be implemented. We should have direct trades like example you need to gift or trade with one specific user. So other people won't just offer one your pokes. Maybe this can be implemented in the Gem Exchange to!

This would be good, but I can only think of one thing:
The user you're trading with has to know you are trading with them. You can pick the Pokemon you want that are theirs (although that would get abused by noobs)
