For getting your pokemons:
Go to Global Trade Station -> View All Trades -> Search for my pokemons that I have addressed to you -> Offer your unwanted pokemons on them. (And I will accept)
Or instead of View All trades, search for the pokemons you want by using search option, and offer on them.

For sending money, go to my userpage, and you will see 'Gift some pokedollar' Option on the bottom of the left side of the page.

I think you means meditite pair? I don't have any medicham in my trade boxes.
Anyway, I will give a pair whose levels are as high as possible in case you want a medicham pair.

Yeah the your calculation is correct. (If you want the exact amount, it is 19700 PD)
