Toby kept on running. Since he was an eletric type he was super fast.

Angel then was ahead of Toby and then used her extreme speed and then was ontop of a mountain then dashed off with the super speed she had inside her.

Angel then stopped at the end of the jungle and said to Toby "I would have won, I wasn't trying anyways." She wasn't breaking a sweat, she then lashed her torn tail and layed down waiting for Cindy.
