Species: Jolteon/Raichu/Luxray Hybrid
Appearance: He looks like a normal Jolteon with Raichu ears and a Luxray tail
Moveset; Thunderbolt, Thunder, Shadow Ball, Volt Tackle
Party: (If Trainer/ gijinka. gijinka is opt.)
History: Arka was an attempt to try to make a stronger Pokemon by combining several electric types. His mother was a Jolteon, his father a Raichu, and hos grandfather on his dad's side a Luxray. He was forced to evolve and train in the lab only a few days after hatching. One day he broke free and went on a mad rampage. Ateer found him and was able to calm him and ge him to join his team

Ateer was glad the Gijinka had left his wing was starting to hurt really badly and he knew that if the Gijinka had gotten through to him he would have been a goner. Ateer tried to move his wing slightly but winced in pain, even small movements hurt, he hoped it wasn't broken
