We need a new section named "NEW" where appear all new plushies so we can find them easier. Tell me your opinion.

It's not needed. If you are looking for the ones you need, go to your profile, scroll down to the plushies, click to view your collection, then scroll down to the bottom of the page.

If you are looking for it for someone else, go to their profile, then follow the same directions, then click on the one you want to buy for them. If it's buyable, then it will take you directly to it in the shop. If it's not, it will tell you the plushie isn't obtained from the dream world.

I'm pretty sure he meant in the Dream World shop, to appear a tab of "New", where appears the recently added plushies, instead of going through each region tab looking for the new plushies.
