From what I understand, you're giving the Gracidea to the person who trades you the best item/Pokémon?
If so, this isn't a contest, but an auction. It should go in the Global Trade Station forums (or in the Auction House, but that exclusively lets you win PD, so I think the GTS forums are better for this particular situation). ^^
