The Infrequently-Updated Logbook of Space Voyager and Pokémon Trainer [REDACTED]
Hi this is the messy and unorganized den of "Carnivale". My actual name is [REDACTED], but that sounds silly. I'm on the run for stealing something I shouldn't have, and I've landed here. I'll probably stick around; it's not everyday you encounter a planet where magic exists. I eat colour, so my house is pretty drab because sometimes I forget to buy colourful things I don't care about. I can eat normal food of course- I love cake. I would never absorb a living creature's colour, though, so you and your flashy animals have nothing to worry about there! I personally am nocturnal, but it seems most humans are diurnal? Im trying to switch but it's difficult. I'll just dribble in this virtual log about what goes on with me. Yeah.

Title: What I'm Doing Now

Right now I am studying a local planet language called "German". It is sort of difficult, but I think I have better grasp on it than most of the humans in my class. Blending in well; I have not been noticed as an alien once! Looking fairly human certainly helps. A dreadful human educational pasttime or rite of passage is coming up- a 'Finals Week'. They are trials of my skill and cunning in the courses which I have been integrated in.

In the world of the pocket monsters, I am challanging myself to more of these deadly dares after the relative success of my time in Hoenn. I now travel to Sinnoh, where a strange item called a 'Pocket Monster Watch' or 'Pokétch' is "all the rage" as you say. Tally-ho!

No contact from home planet; mayhaps they are busy with something.
