One dark Pokemon spotted him. It was Ekans. He charged at Katsu with his poisonous fangs.

Katsu turned around and saw Ekans. He was just lying there, dead. The fire from Flamethrower engulfed a nearby tree, starting the forest fire. This scared all Dark Pokemon, making them flee.
