"Serenity?" Phoenix asked, looking up from her pile of berries. She was fully healed by now and was saving the rest for her.

Azelf was sitting next to Uxie, and Mesperit was out gathering more berries.

"Huh?" She groaned again. She then immediately sat up. "What happened? Where am I? What's going- ouch!" she whined.

Uxie couldn't help but laugh at Serenity's suddenly awareness and concern.

Phoenix laughed as well a bit. "You are ok, and several hours away from the lake... You... you were possessed or something... but you are ok now..." Phoenix said, moving the berries over to her. "And... we... kinda fought..."

"Let me guess, I lost?" Serenity laughed, pushing Phoenix jokingly. "I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case!" Suddenly, Serenity shuddered and goose bumps appeared all over her.

"Lets make a plan on how to destroy the thing in the lake." Uxie said with a mouth full of berries.

"Actually... I think you would have won if I hadn't of snapped and did a huge combo attack on you..." Phoenix said shyly. Azelf looked at Uxie and nodded.

Serenity overheard the trio's conversation. "I can be the bait." She offered. "I used to be under its control, and it might not know that I'm not anymore."

Phoenix thought about it. "She could bring me back... so she wouldn't be alone... And I know a bit about the gem so she could say that you told me about it... that way we might be able to bring him out of hideing..."
