I would take the Spooky Manor Map for Registeel and the 50k for the DNA Splicer. Everything else is okay. And I still have the three Weather Ballons.

I make a list with which cost how much:
1200 PD: poliwag, poliwhirl x2, machop, machoke, kraby, electrode, ryhorn x2
2000 PD: parasect , weepingbell, execute
5000 PD: growlithe, shellder, marowak, hitmonlee, electrobuzz, magmar
4000 PD: kabuto, dragonair x2

I'm putting them in an extra box. Just tell which you want first.
