I like most starters, but my favorite is Cyndaquil. Bulbasaur and Fennekin came really close.

From each gen : Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, Treeko, Chimchar, Tepig, Froakie

My favorites of those are Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, and Tepig.

I love all starters for Kanto and Johto, but I am biased.

Charmander, chikorita, torchik, pipup, oshuwatt, fennicin.

Fennicin is my favorite cause he's a fox pokemon. lol
