battle friends and gym leaders to obtain higher experience points for pokemon and receive gym badges?

There already is a way to obtain badges and battling is being tested/implented.
First i didn't know what to put in here but then..
Here we go
First of all my goal is to get shiny manaphy and the shiny game center dogs
