Arceus destroyed technology he left pokeballs and pokedex's but destroyed buildings PC's Healers most technology no buildings are left they were demolished and turned to dust same for PC's healers etc... no labs either there is a hunt the adults hid pokemon pokeballs only 1 per trainer so it would be there starter because bulbasaur totodile torchic and others were very rare. Now you use your pokemon to build and farm go mining and rebuild technology. Arceus Destroyed team-rocket team aqua team galactic team magma and team plasma none of them are left they survived but the bases fell and the teams fell apart many of them became good people.

Rules:
1. no godmodding
2. arceus doesn't allow legends to be caught but he lets them be beaten if the pokemon facing a legend is strong enough and wins the legend will then give you an egg for your worthyness
3. Rules may update

the adults hide a pokeball for each character to find they only get 1 i use random.org with a bunch of pokemon (common) to randomize later when rp starts then like this

Ok time to randomize the list rp starts! There is many teams of people in each region surviving together our team has 23 people 6 of us kids/teens the rest are adults and 1 professor named professor Rain He knows a lot but is a young 24 year old professor still learning lots he has hid pokeballs for the 6 of us (some are npc's) We each get 1 pokeball holding a random pokemon

Tom woke up and left his sleeping bag most of his teams stuff was destroyed along with pillows beds other wooden man made things The professor used a hallow tree as his lab he set up stuff inside and started working on a chair to sit in Tom went to his lab everyone lived in hallowed trees in case of rain tom lived in one alone. "Hello tom Ready for the pokeball hunt? Lets wait for the others" he said (Whoa big post XD)

Bell snapped awake, and forgot about the ceiling. He banged his head on it when he scooted out of his pile of ash. "Ouch..." He said, scraping the ash back with his feet. He looked at his Pokeball. Well, Ash of his pokeball. I was saving that though... He thought, turning from his burnt room to his opening. He jumped out and fell to the ground, staggering up and walking along the trees until he spotted Tom in front of the tree. He walked over and looked at Tom. "Hello." Bell said.

Brooke woke up, and looked around her small hollowed-out tree. She sighed, then pulled out the ragged Meowstic doll that used to belong to her sister. She placed the doll back into her bag and packed up the few things she still had from her home. She still had that Love Ball her dad gave her from his trip to Johto, and besides to save it. After packing her few belongings, she left the tree and walked towards the one where the Professor was. "Hey guys," she sighed.

(accepted okin) "Hi" Tom said "Ok i think its time" professor rain said "you can all go i will wait for the others to hunt for there pokeball" Tom had his backpack filled with food like chocolate pecha and cheri berrys a tamato berry Some cold Cheri berry stew in bowls with lids only 3 of them the professor gave the ones present at his lab 5 pokeballs and a pokedex "i have so many of these other professors are spread in different teams around here in hoenn (thought we would be there) And have lots of pokeballs and since we dont have gyms or a champion in each region the 6 pokemon rule doesn't count until we are rebuilt and have gyms so you can have more then 6 pokemon" Professor rain said Tom Left the tree after the professor was done talking "And tom look in bushs trees and even sometimes in tall grass" Tom then ran off to search for a pokeball (BEAT THAT >:D i also have the list randomized when someone finds a pokeball they will be told the pokemon that comes out)

"Got it," Brooke said, picking up the supplies and leaving the tree. She looked around the remains of the town, and noticed a tree with a hollow in it. She peered on only to find it was empty. "Shimatta," she muttered under her breath. She kicked though several bushes, listening to hear of she could find a Pokeball. After a while of no luck, she decided to search in the tall grass farther off.

Brooke carefully searched through the tall grass, keeping her eye out for the Pokeball. A red glint caught her eye, and she was sure it wasn't a Wurmple. She crept closer to the object and found that it seemed to be a Pokeball. Excited, she grabbed it and rushed back to the camp site.

Tom tripped and he hit a tree root "OW!" He yelled stood up and looked at what he tripped on. He quickly grabbed the pokeball and ran back to camp hitting a tree blinded by excitedness. He fell Again And his pokeball opened when it fell out of his hand out came a trapinch.
