i think there should be the ability to block a user so you don't have to deal with them annoying you to death. or being mean to you i mean yeah you can report but they can still be mean to you if they aren't locked or something. and they wont be able to

.Bully you
.scare you badly
.e.t.c
and you can un-block them when your ready too.
because some people have been mean to me and i wanted to block them from me soooooo bad i think others have had that feeling too.
good idea? :)
