Legendaries and Regular pokemon have split and both of them own their own land. Some pokemon become friends with legendaries those who are found out are considered traitors are banished from the land and live away from the two islands. sometimes legendaries and regular pokemon have fights. On the legendaries land those who are poor are usally treated unfairly but somebody will stand up for somebody there. sometimes pokemon will dress up as legendaries to sneak into their land. on the pokemon land food is uncommon and treated well None shall waste food or they will not get to eat for one day or depending on how much they waste. psudo legendaries are usally on both islands due to their power some are loyal to Normal pokemon and prefer to live on the weaker land. on the legendary land they have a lot of food most likely wasting it. While there is a exception for legendaries or regular pokemon to cross each other lands.

(Eeveemaniac accepted Tho im still questioning the special abilities I think controlling wheather is a special ability only for the wheather trio like kyogre groudon and rayquaza if you don't mind
