Definitely support, this would be very handy to have when it is someones birthday or whatever, you could send them a little present. Also for competitions, especially the user-made ones. You won't have to go through the trouble of trading it via pokemon. And you wouldn't have to wait for the other person to pick up the trade, especially if the are away for a day or two. This way it would be instant.

At first I thought by donating a message is not received, but I was merely wrong we do receive a message from the donator
