1. We should be able to get dedenne from the Gem Collector. I don't know how many gems it should cost.

2. There should be a dedenne chip for the tall grass. I again don't know how much it should cost.

You like Dedenne so much, even though it's Raichu+Pikachu fusion and smaller e.e

I'm 50/50 with this.

50/50 i agree i have just one of that pokemon and i want more in the trades there to hard to get and in actions too

It's true that there's no Dedenne in the Gem Collector nor the Tall Grass, so Full Support from me.

The only reason Dedenne isn't in the Gem Collector or Tall Grass is because it's an Event Rarity pokemon. The only way to have it included in them would be if you could convince Riako to change its rarity to Easy, Medium, Hard or Rare.
