You aren't supposed to post such things in the forums. Event-Pokémon are supposed to be surprises, so you're not allowed to suggest ideas in public. In the future, you can PM a hired PH spriter (not just a random user who sprites in the forums!!) to suggest the idea; however, since you've said this publicly, I don't believe that would work for this one. ^^" Sorry!
