You ache all over from a source you can't put your finger on. Your surroundings aren't familiar, and the air smells...salty, like the beach. Why are you here?

A slightly worried figure stands above you, relief flooding their face as they see you're awake. "You've been passed out for some time now," they say as you ask what was going on. Confused, you ask how they can talk when they appear to be a Pokémon, only for them to tell you that...

...You're a Pokémon too?!

Not sure what else to do, you decide to partner up with this Pokémon and join a rescue team. It's the least you can do after they basically just rescued you from dying here at this beach.

They explain to you all about this amazing Pokémon Paradise the townspeople have been trying to make and wants to join in and help. The Paradise Center does rescue missions to help other Pokémon trapped inside mysterious places called Mystery Dungeons, or even putting criminals to justice.

You head into this 'Pokémon Paradise' place and obtain explorer kits, rescue badges, and a hut to live in.

Nephelle absolutely loved to sing, and practiced every day, only to be told by her parents that she had the worst voice and would therefore be the least powerful. Embarrassed, Nephelle now sings for no one but herself, and is very self conscious. She came to the Paradise Center in hopes of regaining confidence in herself and showing her parents she could be just as powerful as her siblings.

*PLEASE make your moves both reasonable to your type and level. If you're a Level 5, sorry, but you can't have Hyper Beam, Sheer Cold, Thunder, Focus Blast, etc. Even if you can learn a very powerful move by TM, if you're a Level 5, 8, or even 10, you most likely will not have enough experience or even money to buy the TM. And if you go into dungeons to get the money you need to buy it, you train up anyways. Like I said in the rules, no one likes a God Mod.

**If you've got a Pokémon reserved, they will stay reserved for about a week. If you don't come and fill out a form for them to start roleplaying, I may remove them from the reserved list. You can still come later if the Pokémon you reserved but waited too long for hasn't been taken yet, but keep in mind they may very well be taken by someone else. Same goes for if you're inactive too long, your Pokémon may be removed from the list of ones taken altogether. I'll PM you to ask if you're still active beforehand, of course.

Zero woke up, on the beach, everything was still a blur, so he couldn't make any figures out. He didn't know where he was, or how he got to wherever he was. His vision was coming back, but he could barely make out the sand and the ocean in the beach.

It was a bright, sunny day in the Paradise Plaza, like any generic perfect day. Phantom wasn't enjoying the sun very much, for she would rather the sky be full of clouds and with less bright rays of heat blinding your vision.

Deciding to spend the day in peace, she headed towards the beach, drinking in the salty taste of the air around her. The beach was calm, just how she liked it, and cool at night. It was just for her.

However, there seemed to be another Pokémon on the beach, simply laying there, as if they had only just woken up from being asleep. They looked groggy and blue.

Deciding to go over to the Pokémon, she recognized the species-a Dewott-and looked down at him from where she now stood, or rather floated. He looked confused, like his surroundings were unfamiliar. Did he knock his head on a rock while swimming?

"Hello," she finally said, blinking her eerie blue eyes. "Nice scar. Did you get in a fight and lose bad?"

Zero's vision was begging to come back, and he was at least able to make out the Froslass talking to him-
Wait, what? Zero was definitely confused now, how could he understand a Pokemon? In fact, he thought they were just fantasy creatures from a video game! That was when he saw his left hand(and lower left arm) and stared at it in shock.

"Wh-What the?" He said, still surprised and very shocked.

The Dewott didn't even respond, he just stared at his paws, thinking about Arceus-knows-what. She swayed her dress a little as she sat, awaiting a response. What she got wasn't what she was expecting to hear. It didn't even make sense!

"Did I do what, knock you out and give you that ugly scar?" She asked. "It would have been fun, yes, but I've only just found you laying here in the sand. You're lucky I did, really," Phantom retorted, eyes narrowing.

Gummy was close to the Paradise plaza, rearranging her bag -for the thrid time- , hoping she didn't left anything in her hut. The strong sunlight was bothersome, but she has to go as soon as possible, since the exploration was - for what someone read for her- something about a lost Starly chick.

As she was almost done, an Oran berry slipped from her stubby arms and rolled down to the plaza before stopping abruptly. Gummy slithered towards the berry to grab it, only to bump her head with something, as her antennae were sightly hanging. In her hastiness, she didn't notice someone was here.

(( Thanks, I'm glad there's a new thread, as I didn't like much how I did in the previous one. ))
