Um, you're editing pictures which are not owned by you? Have you got permission from their original owners for you to be editing them, and also charging people for it?
This isn't allowed, and artwork posted in the sub forum should be drawn by you.

Edit pics of people's images to their liking that's what it says so I then have permission from them to make their pic the way they want it to be recolored or added background

Technically, most of the images that will be posted here are NOT posted by the original artist, and most users don't know the difference between free to use artwork and artwork that can't be used. So if they are not the artist of the works they post, it's your job to make sure that they have permission for you to edit the images. Else you and them can get in trouble for it.

That aside, I've got two orders for you:

id like the servine to have lightningbolt-like runes all over its body and to have a camo sweater if you can, and can you change the color of the eye so that the whites are black, the iris is a deep red and the pupil is white, and could a few arcs of electricity come from its hands?
