Petals swirled around the Espeon's paws, as she anxiously watched the morning sky. Today was the day, the day she had been waiting for since last month. The day she would finally confess her love for her beloved Umbreon. A petal landed on her face, and she shook it off. She was anxious and had suddenly run dry of ideas on how to confront her love. Another petal landed on her face, and she used her psychic abilities to life the petal from her nose and turn it around in the air in front of her, her vibrantly glowing eyes studying it with interest. A sudden idea rushed to her, and she jumped to her paws, her tail lashing in the air. Setting the petal down, she leaped down into the field below her, full of flower buds just starting to bloom. She searched for a while, then proudly sat up when she raised a small flower into the air. A small red bloom floated in front of her, surrounded by a light blue glow that seemed to enhance the flower's natural beauty. It was a light red with soft petals that reflected a light glow off of it. A proud smile grew on her face, and her face practically glowed with her expression of happiness. She sprinted across the field until she found herself not far from Umbreon, who was sitting with his head tilted to the sky. Something was in his mouth, but it was too far away to tell what it was. Espeon stood still for a moment, watching him with anxiety. Umbreon turned and looked over at her, then leaped to his feet. They both came running to each other, and stopped a small distance between them. In Umbreon's mouth was the same type of red flower that Espeon had brought, they stood standing face to face, looking at each other. An enchanted moment took place, as they both eyes the gifts the other had brought. Each placing their flower's in front of the other, they pressed their heads together and made a sound that sounded like a purr.
"A flower for you, my Valentine."
