Sammy turned and grinned. He turned back and his eye glowed bright like it was a flashlight. “You’ll see.” He said starting to lead them down a dark corridor that had no lights. In fact no place in the building had working lights.

Saki and Jambu returned, Saki with a new stitch on her tail. Saki jumped up and nabbed the glow stick, and dropped it. “What is this magic?” She said prodding it with a paw. She caught her paw on the glow stick, and it ripped.
“Saki! You need to be more careful!” Jambu said, patching Saki again.

Saki squinted at the glow stick. Sammy turned and went to the glow stick as well. Moku went and picked it up in his beak. Molly took the glow stick from Moku, and held it up for them all to look at. Jambu took out a match and lit it. She held her hand in front of it so the flame wouldn’t catch anything on fire. Moku looked at the boy. “Okay...” she said not fully trusting him.
