Orion was watching everyone use their powers, peeking around the corner. "That's super cool! How can I do that?"

“I-I’m sorry...” Leo said, a small tear fell from his eye. He could relate, every foster home he went to, people died. The only person he has left was his brother, but he left for the army.

Kirene noticed Eclipse and Leo, so she stopped practicing and watched.

“I understand...” Leo began thinking of something that would cheer them up.

Flashes of sad memories flew in her mind, making her cry. Her eye slightly illuminated and a “glow tear” ran down her face. As soon as it reached her cheek, she winced in pain.

After five years and it still hurts... Kirene masked her feelings, like she always did.

BACKSTORY TIME
Kirene was always bullied at school for being different. First for having strange eyes and thinking weirdly about things. Next, she was bullied from the (true) rumor that she declared she didn’t want a gender. She was at home one day, recovering from a severe disease. People from school lit her home on fire, and she was the only survivor. She had major burns all over her body, only surviving by pure will.
