she sighed and simply held Angel close, remaining quiet for a moment before she let her go and brought her head down to level with her's.
''you can have one of the guest bedrooms rather than those servants quarters, and i can even have someone come in and help redecorate your room to your liking.... that sound okay Angel?'' Magnolia asked, wondering how she'd react.

he felt his skin around his face grow warm under his and and wagged his tail a little bit, pressing his head against the side of her neck as he hugged back in his own way.
''y-you hit a good spot behind m-my ears... you kinda surprised me...'' Dusk mumbled a bit shyly.

Angel blinked a few times. "Alright." She mused with a nod, her face not giving anything away. Her eyes though were where she spoke. Acid green burned bright with hope that she wouldn't show elsewhere. No matter how much she told herself not to hope, to hold her breath. Nothing is ever permanent. Do not hold your breath for any promises to be kept for all fades eventually.


Roxanne blushed a bit. "Th..then I know where to s..scratch for now on." She mused with a wide smile.

Magnolia grinned a bit mischievously, cupping both of her cheeks before bringing they're faces close together to rub they're noses together, a rare sign of affection from her, before letting Angel go to sit up straight and turn her attention back to the meeting that went on.
