Bella watched as her pokemon at their food.She was hungry yet at the same time she wasn't.She sighed quietly before coughing a bit.She had a feeling she should get a doctor to check her out since bing held cptive under a old reaserch facility was dangerous.She looked down at her wrists which were covered in cuts and what not.After Zack gets released I will get myself checked over.Everyone's attention should be on Zack.Not me.She thinks to herself before resting her head in her arms.

Quartz was woken up by sunshine and they opened their eyes , they were in host room , surrounded by people that did not wanted to left their friends , family or loved ones in hospital and go home without them. Things like these made Quartz smile often but not today..

Bella woke up from her spot in the cafeteria.She stretched and felt her back pop in multiple places.She got up and made her way to the restroom to freshen up a bit before walking to Zack's room.Once she was there she opened the door and quietly slipped into the room.She noticed the only ones awake was Zack and Quartz."Good morning."She says softly as to not awake the others.

Quartz thought about what they will be doing today bafore meeting up with others "Hospital beds are simply the best. Good morning everybody" They said. Maybe today they can just go training..

Bella had once again slipped back into a corner of the room.She smirked slightly at what Quartz said.I raise you a cafeteria seat.She thinks to herself before moving in a way to pop her back.
