Ricky dreamed his was in a box with nothing around him.

"I need to be stronger! Unbeatable! Immortal! To be strong enough to be on a level with gods!"

Leonidas formed near him, "Would you still want power if it meant being rude?"

"Of course, if it would make stronger!"

"Would you still desire to be stronger if it meant merging with me?"

"Sure why not?!"

"Would you still desire the power if it meant killing?"

"Whatever it takes, I want the power."

"Very good Ricky."

Outside Leonidas began to dissolve and Ricky glowed the two merging together.

Jake nodded leaving only to see Ricky rise with ease.

Ricky looked at him like he was a pest and walked past him.

Jake shuddered, something was different. He walked more confidently like he was playing a game and was winning.

Galaxy sits the grass of the courtyard, legs crossed, eyes closed. Cosmo lounges beside her, sprawled out and fast asleep.

Ricky calmly walked to Galaxy and debates on whether or not to attack. On one hand it would be cruel, on the other he could see her reflexes.

Galaxy opens an eye. "Sit." She says simply. Cosmo suddenly jolts awake, ears perking, but not bothering to roll over off her back.

Ricky sat listening for what she heard, hearing more than he had ever heard before. The flutter of a bird's wing. The earth moving. The sun roaring. Cars honking. He heard all the sounds and began to yell breaking his concentration and breathing heavily.

Magi brought Nyx out to the courtyard where class was.She raised an eyebrow curious as to what they would be doing."Magi I don't have any books I may need,or any materials for that matter.What if we need something and I don't have it."Nyx whispers to Magi."Don't worry kid just watch and wait."Magi said placing Nyx down infront of her.

Ricky frowned hearing Nyx's and Magi's hearts. It was all so loud like a drum pounding right next to his ear.

Nyx felt her heartrate increase due to being nervous.What if I fail and they kick me out of the school?What if they hurt Magi if I fail?She scoots closer to Magi causing Magi to sigh."Child everything is fine.You will not fail now calm down before I knock you out."

Nyx mentally sighs in relief at hearing that it is okay if she doesn't have the gift.She looks around before stepping forward slightly."I..I am Nyx Somun ma'am.This is my friend Magi.It is a pleasure to meet you."She says softly while bowing at Galaxy before stepping backwards towards Magi.Magi smirks and waves at Galaxy before resting her arms on Nyx's shoulders.Nyx bites her lip at hearing what Ricky said.Is he going to be okay?

"Everyone shut up!" Ricky yelled curling into a ball. Everything was too loud. He could hear each breath, each beat of the heart. He could hear the softest step and the loudest noises from a few miles away.

Nyx bit her lip before softly and quietly making her way to Ricky.She gently neared next to him and took off her scarf and wrapped it around his head to cover his ears before placing her hands over them.She didn't say anything though.Magi stayed where she was but watched just incase Ricky became violent.
