elizabeth listened and remained quiet for a little bit before
speaking up.
''that sounded like a hippogriff's cry...'' she muttered.
~~~~~
nathan huffed and went off, going in the other direction of the
pond.
''the correct term for i guess who you are implying with the sea
creature the human's call a horse looking fish.. the correct term
is hippocampus, a greek mythical creature of the sea'' elizabeth
corrected ryan, hoping he was referring to the girl she passed
after following scorn.
~~~~~
nathan turned a corner in the maze's pathway's and mentally
grumbled, a bit annoyed since he didn't see any daylight, only the
light that was given from a bunch of torches in certain location's.
''and you sound like a jock who's a real idiot! so what are you?
some sort of giant kitty cat?'' she retorted, crossing her arm's as
she raised an eyebrow at him, a small smirk on her face.
~~~~~
nathan looked up and sighed. oh how i wish to fly up in the sky again.... he thought.
''so i was right, you are a big kitty cat'' elizabeth said,
smirking even more, seeing that she definitely hit a nerve.
~~~~~
nathan looked over his shoulder and turned around, spreading his
wing's and stomped the ground in warning.
she chuckled and grinned, going over to a spot for herself then sat
the backpack down, moving away from it before shifting into her
true form, then laid down with one of her claw's over it the pulled
it close, as if it were a giant piece of gold.
~~~~~
he just stood there, staring at her and waiting to see what she
did, even though he felt the skin under his feather's grow warm as
he looked at her.
he glanced at her wing's and his eye's narrowed slightly as he
looked back up at her.
''griffen....'' he muttered under his breathe, seeming to relax
slightly.
elizabeth soon enough fell asleep, having her entire paw over the
backpack.
~~~~~
nathan stood there for a moment before he decided to shift and
stand up, still cautious as he looked at her with bright blue
eye's, which were different in his true form.
