he looked down at her and blushed faintly, a little taken by surprise but soon enough hugged her back and sighed, stroking her head gently.
''hey... i'm sure nothing bad will happen tonight..... i'll probably jinx that but hey, at least have some hope'' he said, his gaze softening while smiling a little.

The memory came to Allison's mind many times "No." She tried to think about anything but the memory but everything she would think about would trail off to something else and that would remind her of the memory. She stayed crouched on the ground on the side of the building. 'Breathe..just breathe...' She felt tears fall down her face she wiped them away fast.

"Why only one weapon? It is inefficient. Especially if you have a melee weapon against ranged fighters. Or run out of ammunition against melee and stealth combatants." She asks then explains. "It just feels like we are being sent to our deaths too." She says hoping he understands.

Allison calmed down trying to quiet down so no one heard her 'Technically I'm not disobeying his rule I didn't go out after 11 but I was already out.' She thought lying to herself. She knew what she was doing.
