Altessia is unaffected by the zapping.

Gloria thought ahead and wastes no tome making the guns float to the ceiling. And alos uses her computer to expose Theodore. "Never underestimate a witch. I have been hacking Theodores files and spying on him for a while. Or should I say Slade?"

Theodore laughed as files for cooking recipes appeared online. He kept all his documents in his mind and thus nothing would be tracked to him.
Standing on a pulpit in town hall he smiled calmly at everyone, "We believe the titans to be evil. Currently they hacked into my computers to try and prove me to be a villain, but ultimately you learned Grandma Ester's cookie recipe. Now remember the flying savior who built entire mansions for you? Well they are attacking him as well. Can we truly be evil? Or are the titan's evil? Today I ask the man named Ricky if he will vice president!"
The crowed began to cheer and nod to him taking pictures.

"Wow, braver than me sir. I'd be honored to be your vice president."

Theodore extended his hand and Ricky shook it both of them standing to get their pictures taken.
