"Thank you everyone for coming today!" Daphnes says. "I know you guys are wondering what this is about...Come inside and I'll tell you!" He adds, while staring at a late boy agitated. Daphnes then stood beside the door, there to collect the invitations from everyone

Max jumped out of bed and threw on a Black shirt, black hoodie and jeans, with black converse. He sprinted into the bathroom, and brushed his teeth and hair. He pulled his hair into a tiny ponytail, letting a few pieces of hair hang in his face. He sighed, and ran downstairs after grabbing his phone. He sprinted to the school. He noticed the man, and stopped.

Harper was in the courtyard of the school, and had her hands in her pockets. She was nervous as she listened.

After a seemingly endless sprint to the school, Shawn ran up to the entrance, he paused and leaned against a building for leverage. He was panting quite hard and wiped some sweat off his forehead. "Late.." he said quietly. "I'm late." he said again, this time much quieter. I hope I didn't miss anything important! he thought, giving it one last final push and put his first steps on the campus grounds. He noticed the speech already beginning and his face fell I guess I was later than I thought.. he watched Daphnes from a fair distance. Eager to get closer it took a few steps further "..Come inside and I'll tell you!" he heard the boy say. What? he thought, panicking internally. Wait.. I had my invitation in my school bag.. where is it!? he panicked, a shocked expression plastered on his face. I guess I can call my mom.. she can drive it over here.. oh.. where's my phone!? he digged vigorously through his jean pockets, only to turn up empty. Lady luck isn't on my side.. he sighed.

Max noticed a boy in distress, and walked over to him. "Hey, what's wrong?" He asked softly, tilting his head and looking up at the boy. He was a good foot taller than him.

Harper headed inside, following the crowd. She bit her lip lightly.

Daphnes noticed the late boy as he was feeling around for his stuff. "Never mind..about the invitation, just give Asuna your name and she'll make sure you are on the list." He said, feeling sorry for the boy

Three strangers came up to him, the first Grey. "Hey, what's wrong?" he heard the boy say. "I..." he began, before collecting his thoughts "I overslept.. and in a rush to get here I left my bag filled with my supplies and my phone at home.. my invitation was in my bag as well.." he finished, looking like he was out of breath.

The boy Daphnes spoke next "Nevermind about the invitation, just give Asuna your name and she'll make sure you are on the list." the boy spoke "Thank you.." he said gratefully "Asuna?" he repeated, giving Daphnes a confused glance before a girl came to his side. "What's your name?" another voice rang in his ear "I'm Shawn.. Shawn Patterson.." he replied timidly. "I'm so sorry for the inconvenience..!" he half-shouted "Please forgive me! " he apologized to no one in particular.

She paused and looked at him and laughed slightly "You don't have to apologize you are here yes you are a little late but hey at least you got here" She said Looking down at the list and saw The name Shawn Patterson "OK you are good go on in and tip." She lowered her voice " Don't be sorry all the time it was an accident it's fine ." She said smiling and nodding to the direction all the kids were going inside at.
