Blaze padded on silently until they came to the field, and he crouched and kept low. He watched for any signs of anything in the grass, and ducked lower when he found movement out of the corner of his eye. He pointed at it with his tail for Lynx to see.

Lynx looked were he pointed and stalked close to it to see a baby zebra and it mother she stalked back and said "a mother and it's baby zebra."

Blaze snuck around and made his way behind the mother. He waited a second to make sure the baby wasn't watching, then lunged forward and pounced onto the zebra's back, biting down and not letting go.

Lynx jumped on the baby and killed it instantly. Then she jumped on the mother zebras head.

Blaze dug his claws in and bit her neck. Her thrashing and kicking soon weakened, and she started to fall over.

Lynx bit down on the mothers neck to make sure it was dead. Lynx picked the baby up and meowed "you take the mother i'll take the smaller one."
