Mew can beat Mewtwo. As a joke, most people consider Bidoof, but that was for a reason. Arceus had only a small amount of moves but once t uses judgement i guess you will DIE (never played Legends Arceus) Bidoof could learn all the moves from HMs. ALL. Sooo yeah, compared to Bidoof's vast amout of moves, Arceus is pretty pathetic-in a way (but it still remains the strongest 'mon).

their vocal cords are so simple but so complicated to be able to say part of and/or their own names.
And yes, only in the anime they say these.
In games like PKMNU they make sounds. I guess it would be awkward to hear disturbing Espeon noises all the time, especially in a moba game.
