Since this site is looking for new ideas for getting gems, ill drop my suggestion here.

Route 53 should get a part called mines.
It could also be seperately placed instead of including it in route 53.

The mines is a place where we can leave our ground type pokemon and they find gems.

First, we have to renovate the mines with (maybe) 50k. This is a one time payment.
Pokemon will be able to find gems
After a particular milestone (like 100 gems claimed, ect) we can upgrade mines to increase the number of pokemon which can be kept there.The pokemon remains there until we claim it back like in the honeycombs and moomoo ranch
The should be closed when the weather is earthquaky

Since there is a daily limiter in royal tunnel gems now, some people might lose count of the gems they got and might waste money in royal tunnel until they notice that they already got 100 gems.

So, there should be a gem counter in the royal tunnel which resets daily.

The gem counter should be similar to the one in the gem collector page,but it should reset daily.

There could also be a counter on the gems which have been found so far.
