Personality: Serious, Hot Headed, Leader Type, Doesn't take jokes easily.
Magic Type: Phoenix Fire
Attack 1: Phoenix's Calling - The Ability to Transform into a Phoenix. This also allows her to fly.
Attack 2: Fire Empowerment - To gain strength from surrounding oneself in fire, or surrounding fire. This also allows her to be immune to burns.
Attack 3: Pyrokinetic Combat - The ability to use fire in combat/agility moves.
Attack 4: Fire Storm - To create a fire tornado, or large mass of fires in surrounding areas.
Weakness: Water and any water released elements and stuff. Phoenix's Calling wears her down easily and she must rest afterwards do regain energy.
Are they a Reserve?: Semi-Reserve. She was full time, but had to take personal matters but promised to help whenever she can until she can come back full time.

Melody dodged the thunder attack but Rachel barely missed it. She started panicking.
"Rachel, can you do anything to stop them?" Melody screamed.
Rachel stood up and held her ground. She closed her eyes and focused on her surroundings. She reached out her arm slowly towards the sky. When she breathed, her breath was visible. Clouds started forming.

Melody stood in awe, but she figured working together would make an attack even stronger. She had an idea, but she never attempted to combine her skills, or even use against her skills. She reached out her arm, and controlled the sound to create a sound barrier. She focused on the sounds and waited for the perfect moment.

After focusing, Rachel's eye quickly opened and she threw her arms in front of her and towards the dragon. There was a large cracking noise that could be heard miles away, and heavy snow and hail flew at the dragon at an epic snowstorm.

At the moment of the crack was heard, Melody released her energy and controlled the epic sound and turned into an Amp Blast, the loudest she ever attempted. She hoped her idea work. Her sound barrier suddenly broke, but instead of disappearing into the ground, shards of the sounds were created and flung into the dragon.

Snow, Hail, and Sound Shards combined seemed to work well, but with the strength of the dragon, Melody hoped for the best, but didn't get her hopes up.

After creating the noise. Melody looked at everyone and noticed they were all looking down. She removed the barrier, and told Rachel to remove the frozen ice. Rachel nodded and removed the ice. Every human dropped to the floor. Melody ran over to take a pulse of a woman, and they had no pulse. "I.. " Melody said shockingly. "I killed them." Rachel walked over and tested another of a man. He didn't have a pulse either. "Sounds don't kill people." Rachel said. "They didn't even jolt when you made a noise, I saw." Rachel looked over at another man. "The Controllers did that. We rendered them useless, so they just let them go by actually making them useless."

Melody nodded. "You may be right, but why would they do that?"
"They're hiding something and/or don't want to be known." Rachel thought.

"How are you going to do it?" Rachel asked.
As Melody thought about it, she had an idea. "I'm gonna trap them." She snapped her fingers to use the sound as a sound barrier, but this time she controlled it to surround the people and covered the top. "So what now?" Rachel thought.

Once the sound barrier was complete, she walked up to the barrier and opened a whole. She looked in, and created a sound so high. The sound could only be heard on the inside, and not the outside, so Rachel was wondering what was going on.

Rachel thought. "Can you make a sound to snap them out?"
Melody thought about it. "Depends on the level of the hypnotizing they're under." When the people got closer, Melody looked at them. "Freeze their feet so they can't move."

Rachel stepped forward and created ice around the Hypnos feet and had them stop moving.
"Also, their arms attached to the grounds. The only way it will work is that if they hear it." Melody said. "The people controlling them could make them cover their ears." Rachel nodded and proceeded to do what she was told and stepped back.

Melody then stepped forward and thought of how she was going to do this..
