There are rules and a T.O.S with this shop. in order to get art from me, you must agree to them in your post. please read through and consider everything.
- I, cityofthelamb, retain partial rights to all my original designs. This means I can reuse designs and my original artwork on promotional items, including merchandise.
- I retain full rights to my artwork. Please credit me for the work whenever you post it. my artwork cannot be altered, outside of watermarking, without my permission.
- Purchasing an adoptable or custom includes only partial rights to that specific character design. They cannot be used commercially without my consent.
- Paypal chargebacks are not permitted without reason and the action is bannable instantly. if there is an issue you must contact me directly so it can be resolved.
- I have my own personal ban list. it has people on it i choose to not do business with. these people are not permitted to obtain designs from me in any way and they know who they are. if i find someone has gone against my wishes to purchase one of my designs specifically for someone i have banned, you will be added to the list as well and the design will be revoked. in this case you will be refunded.
- i retain the ability to revoke my designs from someone if they:
- scam me out of money
- go against this t.o.s

and it will be done without refunding unless stated otherwise.
- i am a human being, i have a life, and art takes alot of time. BE PATIENT. do not pester me please. if you do i may drop your commission and refund you.

PLEASE KNOW IF YOU WANT TO GET A CUSTOM DESIGN. I PREFER TO HAVE AS MUCH ARTISTIC FREEDOM AS POSSIBLE, OR I LOSE MOTIVATION TO WORK ON THE DESIGN. YOU CANNOT COME WITH SPECIFIC WANTS AND DETAILS. YOU MUST BE LOOSE AND BE READY TO GIVE ME THE REIGNS WITH THE DESIGN.
