Eevee:yes Gender: female level: 24 Moves: Swift, Quick Attack, Bite, Covet, Charm, Iron Tail, Hyper Voice, Dig, Shadow ball, and Double team. looks: she is a shiny Eevee that permanently dyed the fur around her eares and eyes black so it kinda resembles a racoon. and dyed there rest of her silver with black dye to give it ticked look.
