Title: Add the option to disable/enable messages from friend-list

I know this hasn't been touched in a while but I have an additional suggestion, as someone who often likes to keep their notif's for organization and time stamps I can totally see this getting really annoying over time especially if your not really interested in said posts <:1

In the notification settings there are options that can be disabled and enabled, why not add a function just like that but for messages that come from the peeps on your friends-list instead if having to mute or unfriend them?
