I can understand that it's sometimes important for the story to let a character die. In one of my own writings I once let one of the characters die by the hands of the villain. It was needed for my storyline. Those I let it proofread were like 'what, why did you let him die?!'
I'm flattered they felt that way, it means I created a likeable character and I know the'll be able to sympathize with the hero.

That being said, when a favourite character of mine dies, naturally I don't like that.

But I will accept it. I do tend to go back to a book/movie where the character was still alive and enjoy it the moments everything was still fine even more.

	In anime, it's the opening song of Vampire Knight, followed closely by the opening song of Gundam Wing (the japanese openings, in case there is an english one around) I've always enjoyed the star trek-deep space nine opening tune. This tall grass feature is awesome, but it would be really cool if we could attempt to catch those angry Pokémon.

Just like in the game, your first Pokémon could battle it and you bring down the health of the enemy Pokémon, so you can attempt to catch it. Lower health increases the chances to catch it.
Make the enemy faint and you lose the chance to catch it. If your Pokémon faints the battle is over, so you can only use the first Pokémon in your party.
Naturally you'll need Pokéballs for this.

After the battle the counter for searching for an egg you want is restarted, just like it does now when you run into this wild Pokémon.

	I'm inclined to say charizard, though I see some problems with that. The open flame on his tail is one of the biggest. I'll go for Noctowl instead, smart, cute, flying messenger, hypnosis. All valid reasons to want it in real life ^_^ [Read more]

Fandoms...Well, there are a few I suppose
Pokémon of course, although I've only watched the anime and played the games of the first and second generation. I didn't play the card game.
Yu-Gi-Oh!, but only the original series, including season 0. I have not watched GT, 5D or Zexal. I did play the card game.
Sword of Truth, if anyone knows those books.

I like more things like Harry Potter, lord of the rings, chobits, fruits basket, ghost hunt,... but not enough to class them as a fandom. I've only written fanfictions about the three named fandoms as those three are the ones I'm really into.

	My favorite Pokémon would be Charizard, with other fire-types like Arcanine and Cyndaquil as close seconds. I have no favorite shiny, I've never really been interested in those. My favorite legend would be articuno, followed closely by moltres. [Read more]
